2WE Women's Advancement Program

Opening Soon

The 2WE Women's Advancement Program is our flagship pathway for women who are ready to build new skills and take a concrete next step in their careers or personal ventures. Over twelve weeks, participants move through guided coursework, small-group coaching, and one-to-one mentorship with a program alumna or professional volunteer. Each cohort closes with a capstone project participants can carry directly into their next opportunity, whether that's a job search, a small business plan, or a return to education.

Women 18+ re-entering the workforce, starting a small business, or seeking structured leadership development.
Hybrid — Atlanta, GA metro area with virtual session options
March 3 – May 23, 2025

Eligibility

  • Identify as a woman, 18 years or older
  • Able to commit to weekly sessions for the full 12-week cohort
  • Reliable access to a phone or computer for virtual sessions
  • No prior program experience required

Curriculum

  • Foundations of leadership and self-advocacy
  • Financial literacy and budgeting fundamentals
  • Resume, interview, and small-business plan workshops
  • Weekly one-to-one mentorship
  • Capstone project and graduation showcase

Mentor Connect

Rolling Admission

Mentor Connect pairs each participant with a vetted volunteer mentor for a minimum six-month relationship. Pairings are matched by goals and availability, with a light check-in structure from the 2WE team to keep both sides accountable and supported.

Women navigating a career change, re-entry, or early leadership role who want ongoing individual guidance.

Eligibility

  • Identify as a woman, 18 years or older
  • Clear personal or professional goal for the mentorship
  • Able to commit to biweekly meetings for six months

Financial Foundations Workshop Series

Financial Foundations is a short, practical workshop series for women who want a clear, judgment-free introduction to personal finance and small-business fundamentals. Each session is stand-alone, so participants can join any or all four workshops.

Community Outreach Days

Community Outreach Days are quarterly, in-person events where the 2WE team and volunteers set up at partner locations to talk directly with women in the community, answer questions about programs, and connect attendees with partner services on the spot.
