A cohort-based program combining leadership coaching, mentorship, and economic empowerment training for women ready to take their next step.
Our approach
Every 2WE program draws from these five pillars, working together to move women toward lasting independence and leadership.
Structured coursework and workshops that build confidence, decision-making, and the practical skills women need to lead in their organizations and communities.
02One-to-one pairing with experienced mentors who offer guidance, accountability, and a trusted sounding board through every stage of a woman's journey.
03Financial literacy, entrepreneurship support, and job-readiness training designed to open real pathways to stable income and independence.
04Education and organizing that helps women understand their rights and raises community awareness of the barriers women continue to face.
05On-the-ground engagement that connects women to local resources, peer networks, and the day-to-day support that makes lasting change possible.
“Showing up consistently for one person, every other week, is a small thing that adds up to something real.”
